Salon Sanitation
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize our equipment before all services and treatments. Medical-grade quality sterilizers are used for sterilizing metal components to kill microorganisms.
Each client will receive a single use kit including file, buffer, and pumice to make your manicure and pedicure safe and clean. Last but not least, a single-use plastic pedicure disposable liner also helps prevent the spread of bacteria and contamination between clients.

- Cash only please for Tips and Gratuity
- Please NO Photos or Videos
- Please be considerate and hold phone conversations quietly
- Appointments must be paid in full in advance
- Children are welcome but must be supervised. Please keep voices down and no running
- Walk-in and Appointment clients are welcome!
- Please prepare for a 15-30 minutes waiting window. You can either: Find your seat in any vacant chair or spa chair, OR Let us know if you want your feet to be soaked in the pedicure chair tub.
- We always strive our best to provide you good quality services in a professional manner.
- Please feel free to use the bathroom. We also have free refreshments at the back.
- OUR TECHNICIANS HAVE THE RIGHTS TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE IF THE CLIENTS SHOW ANY SIGNS OF DISRESPECT, HARM, OR VIOLENCE TOWARDS OUR TECHNICIANS.
- ANYONE WHO MAKES A SCENE IN ORDER TO GET FREE SERVICE WILL BE SUBJECTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT BY THE POLICE.
- PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BELONGINGS UNATTENDED WHILE BEING AT THE SALON AND BEFORE LEAVING OUR SHOP. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY!

No Refund Policy
- All your nails will be fixed for free WITHIN 24 HOURS since the receipt date.
- If you have any constructive reviews, please feel free to fill in our comment card placed at the cashier. (NOTE: We do NOT respond to any online negative review. Most of them are either from competitors or false information.)
- NO BARGAINS PLEASE! Prices listed on our website and in our menu at the salon are fixed.
